How do the iPhone X and iPhone 8 compare?

While the iPhone 1000 X dominated the headlines, Apple also released the new iPhone 8 and 8 more smartphones on September 12.

These phones serve as midpoints between the Apple iPhone 7 and a new premium device, which has a different screen, design and no home button.

Screen size and design

The three new Evon phones have significantly different designs, despite the initial appearance of the iPhone 8.

The Evon X has a screen that covers almost the front of the phone, making it the first Avon phone with an edge-to-edge display. The screen is 5.8 inches, even larger than the one found on the iPhone 8 Plus, which is 5.5 inches.

The iPhone X is also pressed at the top of its screen, allowing the front camera, speakers and infrared camera to recognize the face.

Both devices come in a limited color range, with the iPhone X available in silver, space in gray and Evon 8 in silver, gray space and golden flush.

OLED display

Apple has developed a lot of energy in building a top screen for Evon X, which is one of the reasons sent much later than the iPhone 8, according to reports. The new screen is Apple's most detailed phone.

The OLED display has a resolution of 2,436 x 1,125 pixels, or 458 pixels per inch (Samsung Galaxy Note 8 has a higher pixel density), allowing the device to produce more dark colors.

The iPhone 8 has a retina HD display similar to the iPhone 7, which will not be as clear as the iPhone X. But, because it does not have a bleeding at the top of the screen, you can get a fuller picture.

Processor speed

Both the Evon X and the Evon 8 are equipped with the Apple A11 Bionic processor. This makes both phones fast and is said to allow for smoother performance and longer battery life.

Face ID vs Touch ID

Apple Fes Ed is what the company says will offer "one in a million" security, making it almost impossible to hack your phone through normal means. Users look at their phones with their eyes open, then the phone will scan their face with infrared technology and unlock.

Not everyone is very excited about this, with some being described as creepy. Critics said that technology is not new (face appearance appeared on many other smart phones), others hesitate to lose fingerprint scanner. IPhone 8 will keep the touch ID, meaning users will have to make a choice between the two security systems.

Augmented reality and animoji

One thing that the iPhone X will have that lacks the iPhone 8 is the ability to create animogi - new emoticons that reflect the facial expressions of their owners. Thanks to the front camera and the infrared scanner, the Evon X can capture more detailed images and mimic expressions.

This feature will also apply to third-party applications, such as Snape Chat, so you can send more detailed masks and lenses than you can in normal applications.

Price

Like Apple's premium model, the iPhone X costs much more than the iPhone 8. The record price of £ 999 for the iPhone X has divided consumers. Some say it is not much to pay for a high end device that they will use every day, while others say they will stay with Android.

The iPhone 8 costs more reasonable £ 699 for the 64GB version, which is £ 100 more than the entry level of the 32GB iPhone. Consumers interested in the iPhone 8 plus will pay a slightly higher price of £ 799 for a 5, 5 inches and a dual lens camera.
